Dr. Helena Nyblom

Helena Nyblom Munthe, M.D., Ph.D, trained at the Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg. Helena is a doctor of internal medicine and a specialist in psychiatry. She has several years of experience working in internal medicine as well as in psychiatry, including paediatric psychiatry. Although Helena was born in Sweden, she now lives with her Norwegian husband and family in Norway.

She has a passion for preventive medicine, which has resulted in her publishing four books on health and lifestyle, published by Albert Bonnier Förlag, Bonnier Fakta, and Lava Förlag in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Her first book, Supermat, vägen till ett friskare liv (Superfoods, the path to a healthier life), was first published in 2007. For several years, Helena has been giving inspiring lectures on food, lifestyle, and health in various contexts. Helena has also written for the health magazine iFORM.

With her medical expertise and her passion for health issues, Helena wants to inspire you to make small, simple, and healthy choices step by step to improve your well-being and health. Recent research clearly shows how simple lifestyle choices can provide the body with everything it needs to function at its best on a day-to-day basis and improve our well-being. As a mother herself, Helena finds it important to inspire others so that even the youngest members of the family can enjoy smart lifestyle choices.

Health and well-being are increasingly important in today’s society. For individuals, it’s about quality of life. Helena offers scientific lectures on diet and lifestyle, with the intention of providing knowledge to demonstrate that living healthily is simple, affordable, and suitable for everyone. Her lectures present an easily accessible message based on modern science so that everyone can easily make small, simple, and positive changes to improve their well-being and enjoy a long-term healthy lifestyle. This allows you to use your time and effort effectively in a goal-oriented way on what really works instead of on passing trends, diets, and unscientific methods.
